All of our guides are custom-tailored to reflect the style, location and amenities of the rental unit. We consider host input during preparation.

Digital Guest Platform

We include your apartment in our Platform Guide, which can be accessed via QR code located in your apartment.

The interactive platform contains information about the apartment, such as the house rules and how to use the amenities, recommendations for local restaurants, cafes and bars on an integrated maps, supermarkets, ATMs, pharmacies and other useful locations in the neighbourhood. Additionaly, we provide information on important contacts, transportation and parking, sightseeing and day trip ideas. The database is updated weekly to provide only up-to-date information.

Price: 3.75 EUR Per Month incl. physical item with engraved/printed QR code of your choice (45 EUR Per Year, paid yearly).

Digital / Printed Guidebook

The Guide contains information about the apartment, local restaurants, cafes and bars, supermarkets, ATMs, pharmacies and other useful locations in the neighbourhood. Additionaly, we provide information on important contacts, transportation and parking and local sightseeing. This guide contains similar information as the Guest Platform, but it is not interactive and cannot quickly react to changes – e.g. new shop, closing of current pharmacy around etc.

Price: 35 EUR for Digital (incl. physical item with engraved/printed QR code) / 40 EUR for Physical copy

Remote entry systems

We offer remote entry solutions by Nuki and LockIn. We provide installation services with a scheduled time slot.

Starting at:

50 EUR for key box
120 EUR for remote door locks

Additional information

Listing optimisation, including review of photos, writing new headings and text, descriptions and amenities review can be added to each package for the price of 15 EUR incl. VAT.

All prices include 20% VAT. We issue invoices via a VAT-registered entity within the EU.

We keep a backup of all guides for 5 years in case you lose your copy.
