Public transport in Sofia is good – metro, trams and bus stops can be found all around the city. You can pay by card in the vehicle. The cost for single journey is 0.80 EUR. If you plan to use several methods of transport, the price is capped at 2 EUR and you can ride all day.
Street parking is arranged in zones – Blue zone (1.02 EUR/Hour) and Green zone (0.51 EUR/Hour) as an outer ring. Maximum permited time is 2 hours for Blue and 4 hours in the Green zone. Paid parkings are available around the city.

Many Taxi companies are available, but our advise is to use the reputable ones – Yellow, TaxiMe, OK Supertrans and Volt. Make sure to ask the driver if you could pay by card. For airport transfer we recommend Volt Premium Taxi. Reservation in advance is needed.
